Build a dependable long-term vegetable supply with this bulk case of 20 individual bags of RationBox freeze-dried green peas. Each bag contains 150 g of freeze-dried peas and provides approximately 900 g of prepared green peas, or around 10 portions.

With a combined net weight of 3 kg, the complete case produces approximately 18 kg of prepared green peas and provides around 200 portions. It is a practical vegetable supply for families, emergency food reserves, preparedness organisations, municipalities, military and civil-protection applications, camps, expeditions, remote locations, and off-grid living.

Each bag is sealed in ultra-durable Mylar packaging to help protect the contents from moisture, air, light, and external contamination. An oxygen absorber is included in every bag to support optimal long-term storage. When stored unopened in a cool, dry, and dark place, the product has a shelf life of up to 25 years.

Freeze-drying removes moisture while helping preserve the peas’ natural flavour, colour, texture, and nutritional qualities. Preparation Instructions

Remove and discard the oxygen absorber before preparation.

Add the contents of one bag, 150 g, to approximately 1.5 litres of water.

Bring the water to the boil in a saucepan and cook for approximately five minutes.

Drain any excess liquid before serving.

Serve immediately as a vegetable side dish or add the prepared peas to your chosen meal.

For smaller quantities, use approximately 100 ml of water for every 10 g of freeze-dried peas.
