Preparation Instructions
Remove the oxygen absorber from the pouch before preparation.
Mix the complete 185 g pouch with 350 ml of lukewarm water in a bowl. This produces approximately 535 ml of pancake batter.
Whisk until the batter is smooth.
Heat a small amount of butter or oil in a frying pan. Pour a thin layer of batter into the pan and spread it evenly.
Cook over medium heat until golden, then turn and cook the other side.
The complete pouch makes approximately 5 pancakes.
