Preparation Instructions
For one bag, bring 2 litres of water to the boil in a saucepan.
Remove the oxygen absorber from the pouch.
While stirring, add the entire contents of the bag (73 g) to the boiling water.
Boil for approximately 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from the heat and allow the soup to stand for a further 3 minutes.
One bag prepares approximately 2 litres of soup, equal to around 10 portions of 200 ml.

40% vermicelli (WHEAT flour), salt, 18.6% vegetables (carrot, leek, onion, tomato), potato starch, yeast extract (BARLEY), hydrolysed SOYA proteins, natural flavourings (CELERY), flavour enhancers: monosodium glutamate, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate; sugar, rapeseed oil, parsley, turmeric, lovage, celery seeds, mace and nutmeg.
