Equivalent to Approximately 250 Whole Eggs
Build a dependable long-term supply of one of the most versatile food ingredients with this bulk case of 50 RationBox Whole Egg Powder pouches.
Each individually sealed pouch contains 70 g of whole chicken egg powder, equivalent to approximately 5 whole eggs. The complete bulk pack therefore contains 3.5 kg of egg powder, providing the equivalent of approximately 250 whole eggs and a total of approximately 20,100 kcal.
With an exceptional shelf life of up to 25 years when stored unopened under the recommended conditions, this bulk pack is particularly suitable for emergency food reserves, preparedness organisations, municipalities, military and civil-protection applications, expeditions, remote locations, off-grid living, camps, and large household emergency supplies.
Whole egg powder can be prepared as scrambled eggs, omelettes, or other cooked egg dishes. It can also replace fresh whole eggs in recipes including pancakes, bread, cakes, sauces, baking mixes, and numerous cooked meals.
Because the product requires no refrigeration while unopened, it provides a practical and space-efficient alternative to storing fresh eggs.
